Tamilnadu Catholic Youth Movement has been initiated in the year 1985 - year mark of the International Year of the Youth, with the goal of organizing, molding, developing and empowering youth towards a better future. From then on, it has done yeoman service in shaping the aims of youth that have been acting as a catalyst of change in the society.

Our Tamilnadu Youth Movement aims to form the youth under the banner of Christ and his values in order to make them as torch bearers of Christ dynamism and thus to Co-ordinate their energies towards just, humane & peaceful world.

Youth work is a mission and a call, which aims to assist the youth, marginalized, suppressed and underprivileged towards personality development, integral liberation, creativity and integrative self - empowerment in today's context.
